Cancellation Policy

tel: 650.686.9820 (call/text) email: cj@vixenandvenom.com ALL appointments must be confirmed via text, call, or email 48 hours prior to appointment time, otherwise it may not be accepted/can be subjected to cancellation. If you need to reschedule, please do so ASAP. If you arrive late, your appointment time cannot be extended and may also be subject to cancellation. CANCELLATION POLICY - For all appointments, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure an appointment, which will be applied to the service. Any cancellations or reschedules less than 24 hours of the appointment time are considered no shows and half of the service fee will be collected upon rescheduling. REPEAT no shows and last minute cancellations or reschedules will be charged the full service amount and will NOT be rebooked unless 50% of the service is paid in full at the time of booking. *For all lash fill appointments, there will be a $30 cleaning fee if you have makeup on.
